Peepal
This enchanting tiny house offers breathtaking valley views. Enclosed in glass and brick for privacy and cool comfort, it features a cozy queen-sized bed for two and handmade rock sculptures of a man and woman by resident artist Lynn Fernandes—your quirky flatmates! It is equipped with an AC and the private bathroom includes an instant geyser for hot baths. Surrounded by a lush garden, the space also boasts a terrace for yoga, sunbathing, reading, or enjoying moonlit firefly dances. Three vegetarian meals are included to complete this idyllic experience.

We have AC ‘s in only 2 of our spaces - Gulmohar and Peepal aka The Glass House. The other spaces have fans and are pretty well insulated.
We are a silent switch off space and sometimes you might be the only guest here.
If you are not okay with being in nature we might not be the space for you.
We do have WIFI but not super fast so if you need to do heavy uploading and downloading while here then that might not be possible. We do have Airtel network though. Jio and Vodafone are not so good.
We serve only local vegetarian food.
We do not have accommodation for drivers, we are a small space and only allow a limited number of people in. We hope you understand this.
6 Cats and a Dog live on the property hence we do not allow pets as its traumatic for all animals. Sorry about this but we have learnt from past experiences.
We are immersed in nature and all kinds of animals, insects and birds coexist with us. If you have a phobia this might not be the space for you :) But maybe you should still come to let go of that phobia! Embrace them and let them embrace you. Understand that we are on their land and they are more afraid of us as humans can destroy for no reason :)
In monsoons the rains are quite relentless .. we do have solar and a generator but sometimes there might be no power. Also the plunge pool has cold water and in a power cut very difficult to fill it hence we don't charge extra for that room all year round. 🙏🏼
If you plan on blasting loud EDM all night long, this is not the space for you.
If you have kids and are looking for activities, we don't have any. This goes for the Adults as well. We only have Nature :)
We offer a full refund 7 days before checkin date. Post that there will be none. Best to book closer to your date to avoid disappointment for both :)
